Send a private report
In a server where SEC is installed, use this slash command:
/support reportDescribe the issue in the message field. SEC saves your submission for the application operator and returns a report number privately. Server moderators cannot read the operator’s support inbox. The submission includes your Discord ID, server ID when available, and timestamp.
Include relevant IDs, an approximate time, what happened, and the result you expected. For a privacy request, specify access, correction, or deletion. Do not submit passwords, tokens, medical records, payment details, or other sensitive information. Reports expire after 90 days.
If you cannot access the command, ask an administrator of a server with SEC installed to help you reach the application operator. Discord’s native Report App flow is available for platform-policy concerns.
Open SEC support serverManage your submitted data
Use /support delete-my-reports to delete support reports submitted from your account. Server owners can use /privacy erase-server-data with confirmation DELETE SEC DATA to reset the server’s configuration, cases, and anti-raid records.
Read the Privacy Policy for data categories, retention, rights, and the limits of local deletion.
Moderation appeals and urgent issues
For a ban, kick, timeout, or warning issued by your server’s moderators, contact that server’s administration team. SEC provides their tools and case history; the application operator does not automatically overturn those decisions.
Support reports are reviewed by the operator when available. This route does not provide live incident response or a guaranteed response time. Contact Discord for Discord account or platform enforcement issues and appropriate emergency services if someone faces immediate danger.
